Get Ready to Rock with Shishu-Bambini STEAM Through Music-

A joyful, research-informed pioneer program that blends science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) with the universal language of music and movement.

• Multicultural & Multilingual: Children explore rhythms and songs from around the world including fundamentals of music of India, building global awareness and empathy. 

• In a typical class, you’ll see children singing and moving to songs in Hebrew, Nepali, English folk or other world languages, dancing to the rhythms of Samba or Indian Garba, or reciting poetry and words from popular multicultural children’s stories or singing fundamental notes of Indian classical music in Hindi —all while developing critical thinking skills through reflection and discussion. 

• You may find them meditating in between high-energy activities as well, helping them calm their minds, focus their attention, and find emotional balance before returning to joyful movement and music. These mindful moments nurture emotional intelligence and help children practice self-regulation—learning to recognize and manage their emotions with empathy, self-awareness, and confidence.
   
• Flexible Format: Offered as an afterschool enrichment, an integrated school curriculum, a homeschool resource, or a weekly community class to fit families’ needs.

Through hands-on music-making, creative movement, and cross-cultural connections, children discover STEAM concepts while developing social-emotional skills, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
